One of the most under-appreciated (and underheard) albums of the 90's, 'Eccsame the Photon Band' just may be Lilys' best work from beginning to end--though 's 'The 3-Way' is certainly close--and it's amazing to me that the dreamy, hypnotic music found here is from the same band as their later work from the decade, when lead singer/songwriter Kurt Heasley's sudden fascination with 60's mod /5(15).
